MARTIAL FIT CAMP GROUP CLASSES SCHEDULE
Our Martial Fit Classes are a variation of Unique Mixed Martial Arts Training such as Boxing, Muay Thai, Shaolin, Sanda (Chinese Kick Boxing), Grappling Staff Techniques with a mix of Primal Performance Pattern Training that only happens here along with Integrated Strength, Conditioning and Performance to build an All rounded Warrior Mind and Body that stays Young, Athletic and Self-Empowered.
Each Class Focuses on utilizing the whole body to build specific areas of building the mind and body from losing weight and building your Back and core Muscles to Technique and Performance.
